The 4009 Ku antenna is our latest innovation in VSAT marine stabilized antenna systems incorporating the latest technology in optimal reflector performance and vertical isolation characteristics. The platform is designed to withstand the most demanding sea conditions imaginable along with the most versatile mounting configurations for BUC and transceiver options. A standard RF “TUNED” radome ensures the best RF performing radome in the maritime market. The Sea Tel 09 Series utilizes the DAC 2202 Antenna Control Unit. The DAC 2202 is a 19” rack mount unit (1.75” tall) featuring:
(3) RS-232/422 Serial Ports; (1) full function M&C and (2) NMEA ports for heading, GPS input and modem compatible, reformatted GPS output; (1) Ethernet port allowing (2) full-function TCP/IP M&C ports; (1) multi-user HTML interface port for setting all DAC parameters and viewing the current status; (1) UDP download port for updating software in the Comm Interface. Remote access capable. Dual Antenna configuration with arbitrator available.
Model 4006 Antenna
The 4006RZ Antenna is a 1-meter Ku-Band maritime VSAT antenna for SCPC, broadband, or hybrid networks. The 4006RZ utilizes the same radome and antenna as the 4003. This antenna system meets the FCC’s 2-degree spacing requirement, which is a remarkable achievement for a 1-meter ring-focus antenna.
The antenna efficiency is better than 70% across the transmit and receive bands and is ideal for ocean going vessels that require “always-on” broadband satellite communications. The 4006 is suitable for file and image transfer, video conferencing, e-mail, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and database backup.

TSC-10A Touch Screen Controller
The Sea Tel TSC-10A Touch Screen Controller provides a user friendly graphic interface which is used to remotely monitor and control a Sea Tel Stabilized Antenna and its Digital Antenna Control Unit. It works with any Sea Tel TVRO or Tx/Rx antenna that uses a DAC-2202 Antenna Control Unit.
Five preset satellite configurations are available on the home screen. To change satellites, simply touch the desired satellite button with your finger and then touch the ENTER button. The antenna will move to the desired satellite within seconds.
The TSC-10A allows the user to change satellites, perform pedestal diagnostics and troubleshoot common problems, all at the touch of a finger.
It features a 10.4 inch display, 600MHz Intel Celeron processor, and 1 GB memory.
